Dr. Elizabeth Esther Barkley brings over 40 years of combined experience in civic leadership, public education, and private practice. A trailblazer in her field, she is a pioneering Foundress among African American women in health and safety business services. Through her leadership at the Dove Health & Safety National Association (DHNSA), Dr. Barkley has championed equity, wellness, and workforce empowerment across the nation. Her expertise spans educational leadership, school psychology, and occupational health training. Guided by her life mission to restore dignity, elevate underserved communities, and transform lives through justice.
