The Dove Health & Safety National Association (DHSNA) Candidate Professional Development Program (CPDP) is a comprehensive, career-advancement pathway designed to support healthcare, safety, and educational professionals from initial registration to career stabilization and growth.

This program builds the professional capacity of each candidate through credentialing support, mentorship, training, and placement assistance—ensuring all participants reach their fullest potential as certified and employable professionals.

Participants are expected to:
